Our Metallizing mask frames for the Leybold machine is custom Designed and built all at Finishing Tool Design Ltd. Each Metallizng mask frame we build maximizes the number of parts each frame can hold. This allows our customers to obtain more finished parts per cycle.

Each frame is built rigid so that our customers get long lasting life and quality parts from our tooling. Our Electroforms are accurate and made tough so they can withstand cleaning process.  At the same time we realize that weight is an issue for our customers and we try to make our tooling as light as possible.  
          
  

Depending on the shape, dimensions and metallzing requirements, we take these factors into account and look for the best possible way to hold parts into certain positions for maximum Metallizng coverage. Some parts require complete Metallizing and some require certain areas to be masked off, Metallizing mask frames are all made of Nickel electroform and Stainless Steel.

All our tooling is designed so that Operator’s will have easy time loading and unloading the parts. We determine the easiest clamping methods to hold the parts for masking.
