Our Metallizing reels are all made of Stainless Steel and Nickel electroforms, each reel is built depending on shape, size and Metallizing requirements of the parts. We determine best holding and clamping positions for easy and fast loading and unloading of parts.

Each Reel built maximizes the number of parts it can hold for metalliziation process. Our Electroforms on our reels is made durable and tough enough for high production rates.

Our Metallizing reels are custom built to meet our customers’ specific requirements. We are able to service to any Metallizing method including the new Pylomet machine.
